Undoubtedly the best estate agent I’ve dealt with. Jacqui and Ingrid were friendly and helpful and were excellent in keeping us informed at all stages. As a buyer, it was nice not to feel pressured and pushed. And unlike previous experiences with estate agents (especially the big ones), at no point did I feel like I was being tricked. At Clarke’s they make an effort to ensure everyone is happy. I recommend them highly.

We were buying a house through Clarke Res when the buyer of our flat unexpectedly pulled out. We quickly realised that the estate agents we were using couldn't help but Jacqui came to the rescue bringing a cool head and a positive attitude. With her expert knowledge she secured us a serious new buyer, meaning we didn't miss out on the house. We can't thank Jacqui enough. She truly cares about her clients and invested so much time in us. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacqui to friends and family!!

It has been a long time since we bought or old a house and I totally underestimated what a long winded and draining process it was. We tested every estate agent before meeting Clarke Residential. Immediately we knew Jacqui understood our circumstances and she worked so hard to ensure we found what we were looking for. I felt like we were very supported and her team were professional and kept us fully informed about our selling status. Jacqui even managed to find another buyer when the chain semi collapsed, in nno time at all. She is so dedicated and we are so thankful for her help as it really had no boundaries.
